Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information fullyautomate.ai collects, why, and what choices you have about it. It covers this website only — not the products our Collective partners build for you separately, which are governed by their own agreements with you.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Analytics, if you allow it. With your consent, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, how you got here, and broad technical details like device type and approximate location (city/region level, not precise). We don't use this to identify you personally.
• What you send us directly. If you email info@fullyautomate.ai or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
• Standard hosting logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability. We don't separately access or analyse these for marketing purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

A banner asks for your consent the first time you visit. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage — not a cookie — so we're not tracking you just to remember that you said no. You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which reopens the same banner.

If you're visiting from the EU, EEA or UK, analytics is off by default until you actively accept it. Elsewhere, it's on by default and you can opt out. Either way, no analytics cookies are set before you've made a choice.

When accepted, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically prefixed _ga) to distinguish returning visitors. We configure it to anonymise your IP address before it's stored. We don't run advertising campaigns or ad-tracking pixels on this site — Google Analytics requests a broader set of consent categories as part of its standard integration, but we don't use them for advertising.

If you book a call, our scheduling tool, Calendly, loads in the background so the booking panel opens instantly when you click — this happens regardless of your analytics choice above, since it's part of the page loading rather than a tracking cookie. Calendly may set its own cookies once you interact with the scheduler; that's governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

How we use information

• To understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve the ones that aren't.
• To respond to enquiries and run discovery calls or AI60 sessions you book.
• To meet legal, security and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

AI60 sessions

If you book an AI60 discovery call, what you tell us is used only to build your catalog — never for training, and never shared outside your engagement. A mutual NDA is sent on booking confirmation, and your answers are deleted on request once your catalog has been delivered.

Third parties we rely on

• Google Analytics — usage analytics, gated behind consent as above. See Google's privacy policy.
• Calendly — call scheduling. See Calendly's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider, for the standard server logs described above.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings for this property, typically up to 14 months. Enquiries you send us are kept for as long as we need them to respond and maintain a record of the engagement, or as required by law — after which we delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you may also have the right to request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email info@fullyautomate.ai and we'll act on it.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and isn't directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes materially, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
